Rainbow Flow

Rainbow Flow Ltd was developed by yoga teacher Victoria Hall, who has over 600 hours adult, children’s, teen, SEN and pregnancy yoga experience.

After spending much of her working life in London, the birth of her children prompted Victoria to look into a career change. Having recognised the need for yoga in her own busy life she soon realised how beneficial this would be to children if taught from a young age. She loved attending mum and baby yoga sessions while on maternity leave and decided yoga could be an exciting route into her dream of teaching children.
 

Victoria is currently training to be a Play Therapist with PTUK and APAC and continues to runs Rainbow Flow sessions in London and Somerset. She has a fantastic team of over 10 teachers working in over 40 settings a week. We all love delivering our yoga inspired classes to children and participants of all ages.

Victoria moved back to her home town of Frome in 2021 and it was here that launched SEN specialist sessions. She continues to grow her offer of yoga, movement and wellbeing activities to those who would perhaps otherwise miss out.
